It looks like the Doom 3 BFG Edition will be available for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC on October 16, 2012; which is just in time to scare you silly on Halloween. The price has been confirmed at $39.99 for the Xbox 360 and PS3, while the PC version will be $29.99 (PC gamers win, yet again). The BFG edition will include Doom, Doom II and a remastered edition of Doom 3 along with the Resurrection of Evil expansion and a new “Lost Mission” expansion. The games will feature save check points, 5.1 surround sound and the much love “duct tape mod”, which allows you to hold a weapon and a flashlight.
Get your double-barrel shotgun ready, Doom 3 will be coming in October.
