Limbo Review
0 CommentsPosted by Brandon on July 19, 2010 under General, Reviews
Limbo is a game that's quite hard to describe. On the outside, it seems like just another lowly platformer with simple controls and little narrative. It would be easy to pass it off at just another clone of the same sidescroller we've seen over and over, but Limbo manages to set itself apart from the rest in a way that I couldn't have imagined at first glance. Is this the first arcade game that ca... more. -
Saw II: Flesh and Blood Trailer

Here's the trailer for the second game based on the thriller movie series, Saw II: Flesh and Blood. The first game, while certainly flawed, was an interesting approach to a movie based on inflicting pain on yourself, something that obviously can't be felt in a video game. The game basically had you saving others by completing increasingly difficult puzzles, while defending yourself from various th... more. -

Meet NeverDead, the new action/horror IP from Konami. While just announced, it is already looking to be one of the better low profile games at this year's E3. The game will take place in a world in danger of a demonic plague, and as the only immortal badass in the area, it's your job to clean up after the baddies. The game spans over a vast city landscape full of human versus demon fighting, and i... more. -

UFC Undisputed 2010 Review

I greatly enjoyed the first UFC Undisputed game to come from successful fighting game developer Yuke’s Media Creations. I hadn’t necessarily been a fan of Ultimate Fighting at the time, but it was actually that game that drew my attention to the sport. No young man can resist to watch two men beat the living hell out of each other, let alone the ability to control the experience themselves... more. -

Recently, a list was uncovered that (allegedly) reveals many games that will be presented at this year's expo. While the list is obviously incomplete, it's worth noting that Sony has done their best to keep their portion of stage time under wraps and have (again, allege... more. -

Yes, even more news about Bungie. I have recently come across information regarding Bungie's next big title to be released. I know someone who is currently being contracted out to help them with the teaser for it. This person is under law not to disclose any information but I can assure you it is supposed to be a larger hit than Halo 3, which leads me to believe it's either Halo 4, or nothing to... more.
